How Do I Reset Cyrano?

Sometimes your machine just doesn't seem right.  Maybe it's running slow, or perhaps it hesitates when speaking.  Pocket PCs in general never shut down, never reboot.  For this reason, errant files build up over time.  Performing a soft reset is harmless, and has the effect of turning your machine "off" then back to "on".  We recommend doing this first whenever you have a problem, but there is no harm in doing it practively too.  At a convention, or before a demonstration we will often reset a machine to show it working at its best.

How Do I Turn Off WiFi, Bluetooth, or the Phone?

You have a powerful computer in your hands!  However, if Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or one of the other "radios" are turned on, you can lose significant battery power over a short amount of time.  Not bad if you're using it, but if you don't you can use this procedure to get the most battery life possible out of your machine.

How Do I Reinstall Cyrano?

Now we're getting serious!  Any application can be broken or become corrupted - even though normal use.  If your Cyrano has become unstable, or throws a lot of errors, if may be that you need to reinstall your program.  CAUTION - if you are getting block errors, or you are unsure as to what exactly is wrong, take the time to call us - we'll help you find the quickest method for getting your Cyrano up and running again.

How Do I Back Up My Cyrano Application?

You've made a lot of changes customizing your Cyrano application for your own personal needs. How do you make sure that you won't lose that information? It's really easy to back up all of your Cyrano data to keep your work safe.
